Kylie Padilla, Jak Roberto, Kyline Alcantara, and Miguel Tanfelix underwent gun handling training in Clark, Pampanga, for their upcoming Kapuso action-drama series, "Task Force Firewall."
According to Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras" Tuesday, the training is just one of the artists' preparations for series. The training also allowed them to build rapport and chemistry with each other.
"Na-appreciate ko yung kahapon 'cause we were all together, working together, experiencing new things together kasi, ano kami eh, we're all trained in combat so gusto namin sana tama 'yung lahat ng gagawin namin," said Kylie.
"Masakit katawan namin, sa totoo lang kasi ginawa talaga namin yung ginagawa g mga sundalo na training so meron nag coach sa amin," added Jake.
Kyline expressed her excitement for the project as this would be her first time doing an action-drama series.
"Isa 'yung firing sa mga ginagawa ko pong sport personally, so sobrang na-enjoy ko po 'yung kahapon and with their guide na nag-action na po sila, syempre isang malaking tulong po 'yun sa akin dahil experienced na po sila dun sa genre na 'yun and ako, I cannot wait to experience the genre ng action," she shared.
Miguel, for his part, also had an overnight stay in Tarlac to undergo rigid military-style training.
"Feeling ko isa rin 'yun sa mga duty ng mga actors kung paano pag-aralan talaga kung paano 'yung ginagawa ng trabaho ng character," he shared.
Per Canlas' report, the four lead stars likewise underwent a familiarity workshop with their co-stars Buboy Villar, Cheska Fausto, and Shayne Sava. —CDC, GMA Integrated News
