Dennis Trillo's son Calix injured in 'total wreck' car accident

Dennis Trillo took to social media to reveal that his son, Calix, has suffered from a car accident.

In a now-deleted Facebook post, the Asia’s Drama King said Calix fell asleep while driving alone at the crack of dawn.

“Bumangga siya sa island at tumaob ‘yung kotse,” Dennis wrote. “Total wreck.”

According to Dennis, there were no other cars or people were involved in the accident.

“May pasa sa ulo, braso, at maga ang kaliwang kamay [ni Calix],” he said. “Hindi lahat ganito kaswerte sa aksidente.”

“Salamat po at ganun lang ang nangyari,” he added.

Dennis also shared advice for drivers, saying that if they feel sleepy while driving, it’s best to stop over and take a nap instead of forcing themselves to finish the drive.

Calix is Dennis’ son with former partner, Carlene Aguilar. In March, he was named Rookie of the Year for the UAAP Season 88 Men’s Fencing tournament.
