For Xonara, growth starts with staying open to learning—a lesson they said they learned from SB19.

On Thursday's "Unang Hirit," Xonara, the first P-pop girl group under SB19's management through 1Z Entertainment, shared the advice that left a lasting impact on them.

"Actually po, 'yung pinakatumatak po sa amin is mahalaga po na magkaroon po kami ng teachable heart kasi kailangan po 'yung student mindset. Kailangan nasa sistema po namin siya," Eurekah said.

The girls also opened up about how they learned to come together as a group despite coming from different backgrounds and having different personalities.

"We all came from different walks of life, different backgrounds, so sa start po talaga, learning each other po talaga," Dominique said.

Ella added that their differences became part of what makes the group special.

"Actually, it's a blend po of everyone. Like, something that's so special po about us is yes po each of us are different, but they're so open to each other po to understanding each other and for being po for one another po. So even if we have our differences po, we move as one," she said.

Xonara also performed their debut single "Tabi" during their guest appearance.

Xonara is a seven-member girl group composed of Eurekah, Tin, Dominique, Ella, Namie, Lei, and Megumi.

Last month, they had a surprise performance at SB19's "Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale" concert at the SMDC Festival Grounds. They also performed at the Aurora Music Festival. —Carby Rose Basina/MGP, GMA News
