John Prats praises Caprice Cayetano's performance as young Heart Evangelista in ‘Teka Lang’ MV

John Prats was all praises for Caprice Cayetano, who starred in TJ Monterde's "Teka Lang" music video as a young Heart Evangelista.

The music video was directed by John.

On Instagram, John shared photos of himself with Caprice, as well as Jairon Nolasco, who starred as a young John in the music video. Another photo showed John directing Caprice for the music video.

"Grateful to have worked with you, [Caprice]! Sobrang husay mo at napakabait pa," John said.

The actor also praised Jairon for his performance and for being easy to work with.

"And of course, ikaw din, [Jairon Nolasco] grabe kayong dalawa! Ang galing n'yo at sobrang dali katrabaho. Hindi ako nahirapan at all. Salamat for making everything smooth and enjoyable," he said..

TJ Monterde's "Teka Lang" music video was released on Wednesday.

It opens with Caprice sharing a sweet and playful text conversation with a young boy, portrayed by Jairo.

The two had met one summer on a camping site and became friends, but their budding connection was cut short when Caprice's character had to move away.

The music video then shifts to the present, 23 years later, with Heart and John portraying the adult versions of the pair.

They unexpectedly cross paths inside a bus, and the two former friends exchange warm, nostalgic smiles.

Previously, Caprice said in a "24 Oras" interview that she idolizes Heart and hopes to work with her.

Heart has also expressed her enthusiasm to work with Caprice, saying, 'Pwede siyang maging little Heart."

Meanwhile, Heart and John were a popular love team in the early 2000s.

John also guested in Heart’s show “Heart World” in May, where he revealed he was the actress’s first boyfriend.

They starred in several projects together, such as "G-Mik," "Trip," "Ang Tanging Ina," "My First Romance," and "Berks."
