Heart Evangelista, Sean Lucas give opinions on taking pics with fans, paying on first date, and more
Heart Evangelista and Sean Lucas are set to host "The People Have Spoken," where 100 studio audience members will answer questions on various topics and issues.
As such, they were both asked by Tito Boy on Friday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" to share their perspectives on two viral social etiquette topics: whether celebrities are obliged to accommodate fan photos, and who should pay on a first date.
They were first asked if artists have the right to refuse photo requests from fans.
Heart emphasized gratitude and responsibility toward supporters, saying celebrities owe much of their careers to the public.

"Wala naman sa walang karapatan. It's just — you are here because of them," she said. "So if by any chance you're in a good state of mind, take the photo. It'll make their day."
According to Heart, agreeing to take a picture only takes a few seconds but can mean a lot to a fan.
"Binili nila yung produkto mo. That's the least you can do," she said, adding that if an artist is not feeling well or is in a bad mood, there is still a proper and respectful way to decline.
Stressing the importance of staying grounded despite fame, Heart said, "if you want a private life and you don't want photos, get out. Huwag kang magmalaki."
Sean, meanwhile, offered a slightly different perspective, saying celebrities should not feel obligated to say yes all the time, especially when they are struggling emotionally or when safety becomes a concern.
"When you're not in the right state of mind, it's okay to decline," he said. "When you're in a bad place, something just happened, or especially when there are crowds, it's getting rowdy, it's getting dangerous, you can say no."
Still, Sean agreed that accommodating fans whenever possible is ideal.
"But as long as you can, a few seconds of your day is fine," he said, adding that he prefers to be honest whenever he declines a request.
The two stars also shared their opinions on who should pay the bill during a first date.
"Kung ako ang nag-aya, ako na magbabayad," Heart said, although she clarified that this only acceptable to friends.
“Kunwari sa pagkakaibigan, I feel like because I like to host so parang that’s me,” she said.
But when it comes to men, Heart agreed that they should indeed cover the bill on the first date.
"Pag lalaki naman, oo naman! Magbabayad ka! Hello! Buhok ko pa lang magkano na ang binayad ko. Bayaran mo 'yung chicken!" she quipped.
For Sean, on the other hand, he still subscribes to the traditional belief that men should pay on the first date.
"Sa akin, during the first dates, siguro, dapat lalaki talaga magbayad," he said, explaining that it reflects a man's ability to provide.
Heart and Sean are set to host “The People Have Spoken,” a new original Pinoy game show by GMA Entertainment Group that Heart describes as "a show where where we can all be in one room and be friends after."
The game will feature 100 studio audience members, who will answer questions on various topics and issues.
