AHOF's JL and Steven recreate Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis' 'menudo' exchange
AHOF’s JL and Steven just recreated one of “It’s Showtime’s” most iconic moments!
The Filipino K-Pop idol and his fellow South Korean-Australian member recreated Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis’ funny exchange about menudo in an Instagram Reel.
The duo listed ingredients found in the Filipino dish. When Anne, or in this case, Steven, mentions “capsicum” meaning red peppers, Vice or JL got confused.
“Arte mo, wala namang ganyan sa carinderia namin,” JL dubs then walks out of the screen.
AHOF debuted in July 2025 with the single "Rendezvous" along with their first mini album, "Who We Are."
Aside from JL and Steven, the group also includes Chinese Zhang Shuaibo, South Koreans Park Ju Won, Seo Jeong Woo, Cha Woongki, and Park Han, Taiwanese Chih En, and Japanese Daisuke.
The group is bringing their first-ever tour, "The First Spark," to the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on July 25 and 26.
AHOF held a fan meeting in Cebu in February this year, as well as a fan con in August 2025 in Manila.
The K-pop group also performed at the Kapuso New Year Countdown to 2026 last December.
In April, they were named ambassadors of a Filipino wellness brand.
