Lyn Ching shares unforgettable experience at 'The Odyssey' screening in India

Lyn Ching is still on a high after attending a special screening of "The Odyssey" in Mumbai, India.

On Facebook, the Kapuso host shared a video from the event, which featured surprise appearances by Christopher Nolan, Emma Thomas, and stars Tom Holland and Matt Damon.

Damon told the crowd, "This is the first real audience we've been in front of that has seen the film so it means the world to us that you liked it."

Holland thanked the audience for "welcoming us with such open arms."

"Thank you for supporting us, thank you for enjoying Chris' amazing work," he added.

Lyn said the surprise appearance was short but sweet, and it made them all "very happy."

“I’m still mentally recovering from seeing them again in real life. Plus watching THE ODYSSEY in IMAX? Dang, what a movie! It is an actual experience,” she wrote in the caption. “I have two words: CHRISTOPHER NOLAN. That’s it. That’s all.”

In the official trailer, set after the Trojan War, Matt breathes life into Odysseus, who journeys across the sea while facing various obstacles, including the Cyclops Polyphemus and treacherous weather.

Another trailer showed the tension between Antinous (Robert Pattinson) and Telemachus (Tom), the son of Odysseus and Penelope (Anne Hathaway).

A film adaptation of Homer’s “Odyssey,” the upcoming film is set for an international theatrical release on July 17.
