Pokwang to make theater debut in upcoming musical 'Tulog Na'
Pokwang is set to star in her first-ever musical!
On Instagram, Studio A Productions shared a teaser of “Tulog Na," which opens with an eerie scene in a morgue. A frightened Pokwang suddenly appears on the scene, giving more chills and intrigue.
The hit straight play is making a return, this time reimagined as a musical. According to Studio A Productions, the production is a “story that whispers tales of living life to the fullest before the night falls." It also features Sugarfree’s song “Tulog Na."
The musical will run from August 14 to 16 and August 21 to 23 at the Powermac Center Spotlight Blackbox Theater in Makati City.
Tickets range from P1,500 to P3,800, and are available via the Studio A Shows website.
Aside from her musical debut, Pokwang is set to star in the Cinemalaya film, “2 Valid IDs,” which will be screened at the 2026 Cinemalaya Film Festival in August.
