Kara David meets drag queens Precious Paula Nicole, Brigiding, Viñas DeLuxe

Kara David just met Filipina drag superstars Precious Paula, Brigiding, and Viñas DeLuxe!

On Instagram, the award-winning Kapuso journalist shared a video of her encounter with the Divine Divas at the inaugural FAMAS Broadcast Awards on Monday.

"Andito po ako ngayon sa FAMAS. Nominated po ako pero kahit hindi na ako manalo ng award. Nanalo na ako!" Kara said in the video.

"As a 'Drag Race' fan, so happy to have met the Divine Divas. Salamat Precious, Brigiding and Vinas sa pa-picture," she wrote.

In the comment section, Precious and Brigiding expressed their joy at meeting the celebrated journalist.

"Maraming salamat po," Precious wrote.

"Mahal ka din namin Ms Kara!" Brigiding said.

Precious Paula Nicole is the Philippines' first-ever Drag Race Superstar. She won the pilot season of "Drag Race Philippines" in 2022.

Viñas and Brigiding also competed in the first season, and then at the "Drag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale," where Brigiding was hailed as the winner.

At the FAMAS Broadcast Awards, Kara won three trophies for Best Documentary, Best Public Affairs Talk Show, and Best Host for Public Service.

Meanwhile, the Divine Divas were among the performers at the event.
