Bianca Umali showcases balisong skills in cinematic action video

Bianca Umali put her balisong skills on full display in a new cinematic short video.

On Instagram, the Sparkle star uploaded a four-minute action-packed clip featuring choreographed fight scenes, where she wielded a balisong while taking on multiple opponents and performing various stunts.

The video was directed and written by Mark Joshua Bahian, with fight choreography designed by Ronnie Royce Base.

Bianca mastered the traditional Filipino Balisong under the Laraw Kali Pamuok (LKP) system.

Meanwhile, Bianca will voice Ella Arcangel in the upcoming animated film of the same name.

The film is an adaptation of "Ella Arcangel: Awit ng Pangil at Kuko," a beloved Filipino horror-fantasy comic series created by Julius Villanueva.

The story follows a young witch who fights both humans and mythical monsters in the city to protect her community.

Bianca also recently starred in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” as Terra.
