Bianca Umali to launch 'intimate and deeply personal' podcast

Bianca Umali is stepping into a new role where there is no script.

The Kapuso Prime Gem announced on Instagram that she is set to launch and host her own podcast channel titled “Simply, B.”

“An intimate and deeply personal space hosted by Bianca Umali,” the description read.

“Dito, walang scripts, raw, and full of substance,” it added. “This is Bianca in her most authentic form.”

As of writing, the podcast channel is now live on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, but its pilot episode has yet to be released.

Meanwhile, Bianca will voice Ella Arcangel in the upcoming animated film of the same name.

The film is an adaptation of “Ella Arcangel: Awit ng Pangil at Kuko,” a beloved Filipino horror-fantasy comic series created by Julius Villanueva.

The story follows a young witch who fights both humans and mythical monsters in the city to protect her community.

Bianca last starred in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” as Terra.
