Xonara dreams of collaborating with SB19, teases first international stage
P-pop girl group Xonara is hoping to someday collaborate with SB19, the founders of their label, 1Z Entertainment.
In a media interview at their Xonara’s World “Pula” Pit Stop on Friday, member Dominique called the P-Pop Kings their "dream collaboration."
Dominique also congratulated SB19 for performing at Lollapalooza.
“They performed at Lollapalooza last week, so congratulations to them. Lollapalooza is really one of our dream stages."
She also mentioned Summer Sonic, another major international music festival where SB19 is set to perform.
Meanwhile, Dominique teased that the group will soon take the stage internationally, although she did not reveal further details about the upcoming performance.
“Can I tease a little bit that we will also have an international stage coming soon? Watch out for Xonara and please continue to support us," she said.
The upcoming international appearance will mark a major milestone for Xonara, as Dominique said that it will be their first time performing on an international stage.
Xonara made a music comeback on Friday with the release of their latest single, “Pula.”
To mark the launch of “Pula,” the group also met fans during the first stop of “XONARA's World” at Trinoma in Quezon City on Friday.
Xonara had a grand launch event in Escolta, Manila in May. They are the first girl group of 1Z Entertainment, the company founded by SB19.
They dropped their debut single "Tabi" in the same month.
Before their official debut, Xonara performed at SB19's Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale concert and the Aurora Music Festival.
The group is composed of seven members: Eurekah, Tin, Dominique, Ella, Namie, Lei, and Megumi. —JCB, GMA News
