Baron files counter-suit vs William Martinez' daughter

MANILA, Philippines - Young actor Baron Geisler has filed counter-charges against the daughter of actors William Martinez and Yayo Aguila, GMA News reported. The television report said Geisler - who is facing acts of lasciviousness charge - filed counter-charges of unjust vexation before the Department of Justice against complainant Patrizha Maree Martinez. The younger Martinez accused Geisler of fondling her and trying to lure her into having sex with him in a Makati City bar last April 25, 2008. She said Geisler was drunk at the time of the incident. On the other hand, Martinez will stand by the charges she filed against Geisler, the report said. To recall, the younger Martinez filed the complaint against Geisler following the incident which took place at the Fiamma Bar on Jupiter Street in Makati City where the victim was then partying with friends. The victim said she invited Geisler to join them in the bar but after several hours, he got drunk and tried to make advances on her. When she resisted, he allegedly asked for a hug instead, and when she still declined, he pinched her cheeks and fondled her breasts. When she stepped away from him, Geisler reportedly hurled invectives at her, prompting her to ask for help from people inside the bar. The victim is asking for P5 million in damages from Geisler. In his counter-affidavit, Geisler said that the charges of acts of lasciviousness filed by Martinez has no basis and is only intended to malign him. - Amita Legaspi, GMANews.TV
