Gabby Eigenmann: Making waves in Magdusa Ka

Magdusa Ka boasts of a star-studded cast and a beautiful story that is considered as one of the few classics in the Philippine entertainment industry. Doing well in GMA’s Dramarama sa Hapon, the viewers are definitely hooked and are excited to watch how the story will unravel. One of the interesting characters that the viewers love to watch is Gabby Eigenmann. Now that he is paired with two of the sexiest women in the land – Katrina Halili and Iwa Moto, he further makes his presence felt. Portraying Roland in the top-rating Magdusa Ka, Gabby Eigenmann admits that this is one of his most interesting roles to date. “Oh!! I'm a good guy, trapped in a bad guy image! (laughs)" says Gabby about his character Roland. Quite pleasant to talk to because of his good sense of humor, Gabby jokingly hints that he has prepared hard for this role because he is not used to playing a good guy in the story. “Sana maging effective because it’s so hard to be good guy. As in! (laughs) I’m not used to being a good guy," explains the young Eigenmann. An elusive bachelor Playing Roland maybe something new for Gabby but he admits that he enjoys being a good guy and the fact that two beautiful ladies are paired with him makes this role more enticing. As the legitimate son of a rich and successful businessman, Roland is considered as one of the most sought after bachelors in his social circle. One of the many hopefuls is Iwa’s character, Millet, who is a top model that lives and breathes money. Millet will do anything to stay on top of the social ladder and she sees Roland to be the best catch ever. But as the story progresses, it reveals that Roland is in love with another woman, Millet’s rival in every sense of the word – Christine who is played by Katrina Halili. Quite happy with his role, Gabby appreciates the fact that he is opposite two beautiful and sexy ladies whom he is close with. Working with Iwa and Kat Iwa Moto admits that she is quite close with Gabby and enjoys working with this elusive bachelor. Katrina Halili on the other hand, considers Gabby as one of her close personal friends having work with him in Marimar and now in Magdusa Ka. Showing how charming he can be, Gabby proves that he can be a gentleman but at the same time a desirable man whom no woman in her right mind would turn down whether in character or as himself. - iGMA.tv
