Ogie Alcasid seeks annulment of marriage with ex-Miss Oz

A year after blowing the lid off his affair with Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez, singer-composer Ogie Alcasid has finally asked for the annulment of his marriage with former Miss Australia Michelle van Eimeren. GMA-7's Showbiz Central quoted a report that Alcasid, through his unnamed legal counsel, filed the annulment petition before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court. The case was raffled to the Quezon City RTC Branch 94 under Acting Judge Leili-Cruz Suarez. Sought for comment, Alcasid chose to keep mum on the annulment issue. His manager, Leo Dominguez, also said: "I just spoke to Ogie. He says he is not allowed to talk about it." Alcasid revealed in June that he and his wife have been separated.
