Britney's done it again — gives birth to another boy

Britney Spears has given birth to her second child, a 6-lb, 11-oz baby boy, according to Access Hollywood, which confirmed the birth from Jamie Spears, the singer's father. Acesss Hollywood executive producer Rob Silverstein reportedly congratulated the proud grandfather, who replied: "Thank you! We appreciate your concern. Everything is great." Britney Spear's first child, Sean Preston, turns a year old on Thursday, Sept. 14. According to Access Hollywood, Kevin Federline already has two kids from a previous relationship with Shar Jackson — four-year-old girl, Kori, and a two-year-old son, Kaleb. Britney gave birth via Caesarian section, just before 2 a.m. Tuesday (5 p.m. Wednesday in Manila). Sean Preston was also born via C-section. Kevin was reportedly joined at Britney's bedside by Britney's mom, Lynne, and her sister, Jamie Lynne. No one from Kevin's family was present. - GMANews.TV
