Vic Sotto serenades Pia Guanio on her birthday
Pia Guanio could not hide her happiness and excitement when boyfriend Vic Sotto sang for her in a video segment shown on last Sunday's S-Files as part of her birthday celebration in the showbiz talk show on GMA. Vic, popularly known as "Bosing" in the noontime show Eat Bulaga, sang for her lady love Don McLean’s 70s hit "Birthday Song," while he accompanied himself on the guitar. After the song, Vic greeted Pia a happy birthday and professed his love for her, to which the pretty host replied, "Thank you, honey!" As her eyes twinkled because of her beau’s song offer, co-host Richard Gomez had this comment: "A woman in love is indeed a sight to behold!" Vic and Pia are together as co-hosts in the long time-running Eat Bulaga. Speculations about their real-life relationship began circulating in June when they started being seen together both in and out of the country. Talks intensified when they arrived in the company of each other at the birthday celebration of Vic’s brother, former senator Tito Sotto weeks after. Vic and Pia finally divulged the real score between them last Oct. 8 on nationwide TV through the Saturday showbiz show StarTalk. Pia described their relationship as "serious," saying she would not tolerate infidelity. She said, though, that they were not in a rush to get married. Vic and Pia can be seen together on the big screen this December in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry Enteng Kabisote 3. Vic had his marriage with Dina Bonnevie annulled in the 90s, making him one of GMA’s eligible bachelors. - GMANews.TV
