Katrina, Hayden OK inspection of hotel where video was recorded

The camp of actress Katrina Halili has agreed to the request of celebrity doctor Hayden Kho Jr. to go back to the hotel room where their controversial sex video was recorded as part of the proceedings in their legal battle. Kho's camp made the request during Monday's hearing supposedly to shed light on some technicalities relating to the controversial sex video, according to a report on GMA Network's "24 Oras." Halili and Kho, who were former lovers, have been engaged in a bitter court battle following the circulation of their sex video on the Internet. Halili said it was recorded and posted on the Internet without her consent.

In the hearing, Kho's camp questioned Halili's testimony when she underwent cross examination. In her testimony, Halili said Kho's recording of the video without her knowledge has caused her tremendous emotional and psychological stress. Kho's lawyer argued that based on a report by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), it was the circulation of the video on the Internet, and not the actual recording, which caused her stress. Halili’s camp, however, belittled the defense’s argument. According to her lawyer Raymund Palad, Halili came to know that the act was being recorded only when the video started spreading through the Internet. The video was taken in 2007 but went public only in May 2008. - KBK, GMANews.TV
