Dumagsa ang pakikiramay at sintemyento ng pagkagulat sa microblogging site na Twitter tungkol sa marahas na pagkamatay ng 22-anyos na anak ni dating Sen Ramon Revilla Sr., na si Ram Revilla. Naging top treading topic pa nga sa Twitter nitong Sabado ang pagkamatay ni Ram, half-brother ni Sen Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr., na batay sa mga ulat ay pinagsasaksak at binaril sa kanyang bahay sa BF Homes sa Parañaque dakong 11:30 pm nitong Biyernes. Hindi na umabot ng buhay sa Parañaque Medical Center si Ram, habang ginagamot naman ang kasintahan niyang si Jonelle Manahan, na nagtamo ng tama ng bala sa mukha. Hindi pa tukoy ng mga pulis ang suspek at kung ano ang motibo sa pagpatay kay Ram na labis na ikinalungkot ni Sen Bong. Pinuna niya ang lumulubhang sitwasyon ng kriminalidad sa bansa na dapat daw pagtuunan ng pansin ng mga pulis.
