Actor disappointed kissing scene with Rustom was cut

Alfred Vargas is disappointed that his kissing scene with Rustom Padilla in ZsaZsa Zaturnnah Ze Moveeh, an official entry in the Metro Manila Film Festival, was cut from the comedy film, the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) reported on Wednesday. "Nanghihinayang nga ako dahil na-cut yung kissing scene namin ni Rustom. Kinunan kasi ito ng maraming anggulo at napakagandang lumabas. Siguro mga apat na anggulo ‘yon, pero puro take one lang," Alfred told PEP during a taping of the Magpakailanman last December 22 in Tandang Sora, Quezon City. (I’m disappointed they took out my kissing scene with Rustom. They shot the scene at maybe four angles, each at only one take, and all these came out well.) Alfred plays one of the men being sought after by the lead character ZsaZsa Zaturnnah played by Rustom, who declared he was gay during a reality television series earlier this year. Alfred conceded, though, that it was necessary to take out the scene to get the movie review board’s nod to give the comedy film a general patronage rating. "Pero sa kabilang banda, okay na rin kahit naputol dahil mas maraming puwedeng makapanood nito dahil naging General Patronage pa, from PG-13," he said. (On the other hand, it's okay that they took out the scene because more people can watch the film because it got a general patronage rating instead of PG-13.)-GMANews.TV
