While she's busy playing the role of Teacher Josie in Binoy Henyo, she also finds time in finishing her studies, lalo na ngayon na malapit na siyang magtapos sa kursong Tourism. GMANetwork.com sat down with the former Starstruck alumna on the set of Binoy Henyo recently,  and she talked about striking a balance between being an actress and a student, her plans after graduation, and her advice to those who want to study and work at the same time. She also uses her free time on the set wisely by doing schoolwork. "Kapag may mga free time, I work on my school projects. Pero most of the time, nakikipagkulitan din ako sa kanila. "Ang plan ko after school, I'll go abroad, siguro two months, just to make money, and then I'll put up a business. As to how she is able to do two things at the same time, Rich believes time management is the key. This is also what she advises to her fellow actors who want to do the same. "You really have to balance your time. Tapos, huwag mong kalimutan kung ano yung kailangan mong gawin for school, and huwag mo rin kalimutan kung ano ang kailangan mong gawin for work, kasi importante 'yon," ayon kay Rich. Weapon mo 'yon eh. Siyempre you're a person na lumalabas sa TV, dapat maganda ka palagi. Paano kapag tumanda ka na at hindi siya stable, hindi sigurado na mag-stay ka in the business for a long time. So kailangan talaga na mayroon kang something na you're sure na you have whatever happens."
