Belo: Kris had doubts about my sincerity

Vicki Belo admitted Saturday that popular actress-television host Kris Aquino was in a huff over notions that the celebrity doctor failed to tell her everything about the alleged affair of James Yap with a former receptionist of the Belo Medical Group. “Yes, definitely may tampo si Kris," she told Joey de Leon in a live interview in Startalk on Saturday. She added: “I’m just praying na as time passes makikita niya yung mga tutuo niyang kaibigan." Belo, owner of Belo Medical Group, earlier said she gave a birthday gift to Kris but she refused to accept it. To make up for Kris’s ill-feelings, Belo said she gave her a heartfelt birthday message. "I prayed that for the next two months, kasi manganganak na si Kris, sana mag-rest ka na lang, pumikit ka na lang, ‘wag ka na lang makinig sa ibang tao para maging healthy yung baby mo. Kasi lahat ng emotions mo pumupunta sa baby. Try to be happy all the time. I really hope that one day we will have the chance to sit down and really talk," Belo told Aquino. During her interview with Startalk, Belo said Yap assured her that nothing happened between him and Hope Centeno. Bello said James did not bother to disclose to her Hope’s alleged stalking for it was a trivial matter. Hope, in earlier interview with Startalk, claimed that she had a romantic relationship with Yap which lasted for 11 months. Yap denied the affair. Hope admitted, however, that during their supposed romance, James never told Centeno that he loved her. -GMANews.TV
