Heart Evangelista flaunts diamond ring on social media, but not engaged

Glowing, happy, recharged from a Christmas holiday with boyfriend Senator Chiz Escudero, with a snazzy diamond ring snapped via Instagram to boot—could Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista be engaged? “If there's any announcement na ano, siguro manggagaling sa amin and it's something that should be celebrated,” said Heart in a 24 Oras video Friday. “Hindi siya dapat tinatago 'yung mga ganyan. So wala, wala pa talaga.” Heart acquired the ring during her vacation. A friend accompanying the lovebirds took the photo, and Heart captioned it “life changing trip.” “It was fun kasi kasama ko si Chiz, ganyan, saka 'yung buong family niya,” elaborated Heart. “It was very nice, refreshing. Beach, ganu'n, tapos pati 'yung mga kaibigan ko, nakasama ko din.” Though no engagement is yet on the horizon, that does not mean that the couple haven't discussed marriage. “Settling down in the next couple of years?
