Taylor Swift arrives in Manila for concert
(Updated 2:40 p.m.) Grammy-winning artist Taylor Swift arrived in Manila Friday afternoon for the singer's RED Tour concert scheduled in the evening in Pasay City.
The plane bearing Swift landed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 at about 2:15 p.m., GMA News stringer Ariel Fernandez reported on dzBB radio.
Security was especially tight for Swift, who the report said wore a blouse and shorts upon disembarking from the plane.
A sport-utility vehicle whisked her off from the airport, supposedly to a hotel in southern Metro Manila.
On Thursday, GMA News' Fernandez reported the special AirAsia plane with Swift's special "RED" livery arrived at the NAIA.
