Marvin A denies kissing Angel Locsin off-camera

Entertainment columnist Gerry Ocampo insists there's more than meets the eye between young actress Angel Locsin and actor Marvin Agustin. Ocampo, who agreed to be interviewed by Showbiz Central, enumerated juicy details that would attest that there's something extra special going on between the two Asian Treasures stars. COINCIDENCE? "Marvin's presence during Angel's birthday party last April 23 in Boracay, that's one," Gerry bluntly points out. Angel's manager, Becky Aguila, in an interview with a major broadsheet published last April 25, confirmed Marvin's attendance at the said celebration. But Becky says that everything's purely coincidental since the actor was in Boracay for a different engagement. "Angel just invited Marvin to the party when she learned that he's also in Boracay," comments Becky. The actor is firm in denying rumors linking him to the pretty actress though he admits that they are compatible when it comes to a lot of things. "Marami kaming things in common," muses Marvin. "Pareho naming mahal ‘yong trabaho namin and we both enjoy what we're doing." Marvin—who is a proud and devoted father to his twins, Sebastian and Santiago—also expresses admiration for Angel's dedication when it comes to her family. "Nakakatuwa naman talagang makakita ng tao na sobra ang pagmamahal sa pamilya niya and ganun si Angel," adds Marvin. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. According also to Gerry, there's an undeniable twinkle in the eyes of both Marvin and Angel when they're together. "'Dun sa wake ni [publicist] Joey Diego, sabay silang dumating at sabay silang umalis gamit ang isang sasakyan," he observes. Those who were present at the wake also witnessed the extraordinary sweetness shown by the pair. "Madaming nandun, particularly ‘yong ibang press na nakakita," relays Gerry. Some sources also say that Marvin and Angel are often seen talking intently with each other during shooting breaks of Asian Treasures, the action series in which they both co-star. How about the rumor that they were caught kissing off-cam? "Hindi totoo ‘yon," Marvin sternly protests, obviously not pleased with the question before continuing, "Magkaibigan lang talaga kami ni Angel," he ends. - Philippine Entertainment Portal
