WATCH: Vic, Pauleen share ukulele cover of their fave song

"I think the universe is on my side / Heaven and Earth have finally aligned / Days are good and that's the way it should be."

 

These are the opening lines of the song "Bright" by American indie pop band Echosmith. Love birds Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna recently did their own take of the song using the ukulele. 

 

Although Vic is a "guitar expert," Pauleen said that her boyfriend is a "ukulele newbie." In fact, he was just copying her the entire time he was playing. 

 

"This is just one of our favorite songs. We normally play together but I really don't take a video of it. He plays the guitar kasi so he's just copying me the entire time. Galing eh!" she wrote. 

 

Pauleen added that playing their favorite songs is how they bond.

Pauleen has been sharing her ukulele covers but the "Bright" cover was the first time that Vic joined her.
