‘Beautiful Strangers’ star Rocco Nacino gets blue belt in Jiu Jitsu

Aniya sa isang Instagram post noong nagdaang linggo, “Today marks a new chapter in my journey as a Jiu Jitsu practitioner. Wasn't able to attend the General Assembly because of work but was surprised earlier at training to be called up to the front and be promoted from white belt to blue belt in front of my team mates.”

“Thank you to our Lord God for all these blessings, everything has been good lately. And I am more humbled and motivated today. Thank you to my team mates for always pushing me to my limits, to our higher belts who always beat us up in order to further improve us, and especially our Black Belts, Professors Ralph Go, Hansel Co and @alisulit for guiding me and the whole team,” ayon kay Rocco.

Dagdag pa ng “Beautiful Strangers” star, “ Hands are still shaking, and still in awe, but I'm very very happy today. Excited to continue learning and improving myself! Cheers to hard work and determination!”

Today marks a new chapter in my journey as a Jiu Jitsu practitioner. Wasn't able to attend the General Assembly because of work but was surprised earlier at training to be called up to the front and be promoted from white belt to blue belt in front of my team mates. Truly hard work pays off, and this sport has done so many wonders in my life as a person, as an artist and as an athlete.

Aniya sa ulat ng 24 Oras nitong Lunes, “Makes me motivated in a different way, humahaba pasensya ko dito.

And lagi akong handa na mag-fail. This is the place to fail and learn and be better.”
