Regine Velasquez says 'secret' to feeding picky son Nate is healthy food

"It's harder to cook for Nate than to cook for my husband or family because he's a child. He will not eat everything. He's very picky, especially nowadays. He's four and very picky," kuwento ng Kapuso singer-actress sa naganap na "Bongga Sa Kusina" book launch nitong Linggo.

Kuwento ng Asia's Songbird, "When he was a baby, I used to really prepare his food. I would bake chicken and asparagus, and blend it together. I make my own baby food. He loved it! Now that he's a little older, he's developed his own taste for food. He doesn't eat whatever you prepare for him."

"I have learned some tricks here and there. He doesn't want to eat vegetables so I hide the vegetables. Bine-blender ko and I put it in his food. So he doesn't know na he's actually eating vegetables. That's one of the little tricks I've learned as a mom," dagdag pa ng "Sarap Diva" host.

"GMA was very supportive sa bago kong passion, which is cooking, and they gave me 'Sarap Diva.' Thank you to GMA. Now, we have this cookbook. We have been on air for four years now. We've collected a lot of recipes, and this is it. — Bianca Rose Dabu/DVM, GMA News
