Aicelle Santos renews contract with GMA Network

Singer-actress Aicelle Santos remained a Kapuso after she renewed her contract with GMA Network on Tuesday.

Present during the contract signing were Lilybeth Rasonable, Senior Vice President for Entertainment Television; Simon Ferrer, GMA Artist Center Assistant Vice President for Talent Imaging and Branding, assigned talent manager of Aicelle; Carlo Orosa, co-manager of Aicelle; and Joy Marcelo, talent manager of Aicelle.

"Una sa lahat, thank you, Lord, sa blessings and siyempre sa GMA sa patuloy na pagtitiwala sa akin," Aicelle said.

Meanwhile, Rasonable only had praises for Aicelle who has been with GMA for 11 years.

"Siyempre sobrang happy kasi hindi biro 'yung mag-stay ka dito for more than 10 years. Dito na nag-bloom ang career niya. Dito na rin nag-bloom ang kanyang personal life. So anak siya ng GMA and we're very happy that she's still with us," she said.

"We know naman that Aicelle aisde from being a terrific singer is also a very good actress. So we're glad that she's part of 'Impostora,'" she added.

Aicelle will portray the bestfriend of Nimfa who is played by Kris Bernal in the upcoming afternoon prime series "Impostora."

She will star with other Kapuso actors like Rafael Rosell, Ryan Eigenmann, Assunta De Rossi, Elizabeth Oropesa, Sinon Loresca, and Vaness del Moral.

"Sa June na po 'yan ang 'Impostora.' Abangan niyo. I'll be with Kris Bernal, with Rafael Rossell, Sinon is also there. Siguro makikita niyo si Aicelle somehow doon sa character na pino-portray ko," Aicelle said.
