‘Glee’ star Fil-Am Darren Criss now engaged to Mia Swier

Former "Glee" star and Filipino-American Hollywood actor Darren Criss is now engaged to his long-time girlfriend Mia Swier.

Darren took to Instagram his announcement that after more than seven years, he and Mia are going to be married.

 

Mia and I have had seven and a half years of fun, wacky, wonderful, CRAZY adventures together. And I’m happy to announce that we’re kicking those adventures up a notch. We’re goin for it. To boldly go where neither of us have gone before. Engage. ????????????

Darren is popular for portraying Blaine Anderson on the musical-comedy TV drama "Glee" back in 2010.

Born in San Francisco, California, Darren's mother is a native of Cebu while his father is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Growing up with his mother, Darren says he also loves Filipino food.

He even made a shout out to his favorite Pinoy restaurant in Los Angeles in the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" show.

Darren will play as Andrew Cunanan, the American killer who murdered fashion designer Gianni Versace, in "The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story" anthology series.

His fiancée now, Mia, is a Los-Angeles based writer and producer.

Back in October, the two had fun together dressing up as Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes's version of Romeo and Juliet for Halloween.
