Eddie Garcia still in critical condition

Veteran actor Eddie Garcia remained in critical condition on Monday, after a week of being under the observation at the Makati Medical Center, Cecille Villarosa reported on Unang Balita on Monday.

According to his latest medical bulletin, Garcia is still comatose and is being supported by a ventilator and receiving medication for his blood pressure.

On Friday, a healing Mass was held at the Saint Andrew The Apostle Parish in Bel Air, Makati, which was attended by his relatives, friends and people from the entertainment industry.

Garcia family spokesperson Dr. Tony Rebosa earlier confirmed that the actor is suffering from a neck cervical fracture.

Rebosa clarified that the family refused to remove Garcia’s life support. However, the family agreed to put Garcia on DNR or do not resuscitate status.
