Rudy responding positively to therapy - Lorna Tolentino

MANILA, Philippines - Actress Lorna Tolentino on Saturday said her husband Rudy Fernandez is responding positively to the Rexin-G therapy. "So far yung result (ng therapy) very positive...everything is stable," she said in a phone patch interview with Startalk co hosts Butch Francisco, Lolit Solis and Joey de Leon. Rudy and Lorna are now in Los Angeles for the actor’s therapy. In the same interview, Rudy said he now compares his body to a battery. "Kinoconsider ko nga yung sarili ko low batt, medium batt, fully charged. Pag bagong infusion nagiging medium to fully charged ako. May mga times na pagkagising mo masama ang katawan mo, minsan pag me pains na nararamdaman sa likod nalo-low batt ka which is natural," he told Startalk. “Yung Rexin-G is doing well sa sistema ko. Mukhang lumalakas ako pagkatapos ng infusion," he added. Lorna said they have to stay in Los Angeles, California, for another month as they still have to compare the results of the therapy. "After n’un mako-compare na yung dating therapy sa latest (sessions) so kailangan talaga mag stay for a month. Second cycle na kasi yung Rexin-G therapy," she added. Rudy said they might return to the country in late April. The couple also thanked the Filipinos in Los Angeles who have been helping her and Rudy. "Nagpapasalamat kami sa lahat ng mga Filipino na tumutulong sa amin, friends namin, naghahatid sa amin doon," Lorna said. For his part, Rudy said: "Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nagdarasal. Sana ipagpatuloy nila yung mga pagdarasal, kailangang kailangan ko po yun." - GMANews.TV
