PEP: Meryll Soriano files petition for annulment of marriage with Bernard Palanca

Meryll Soriano has finally filed a petition for the annulment of her marriage with Bernard Palanca. It can be recalled that the couple called it quits in 2007, five months after their wedding on September 8, 2006. The two have been separated for four years now. After receiving a feed from a source that the move was done by Meryll's party, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) gathered details for verification. A copy of the petition was not obtained from authority for confidentiality reasons, but it now stands that case number Q-11-69478 exists in branch 225 of the Regional Trial Court of the Quezon City Municipal Hall. Judge Maria Elisa Sempio Diy now acts as the presiding authority over the said case. Meryll has a three-year-old son—soon to turn four this month—with Bernard Palanca named Elijah.
