What Kim Chiu thinks of Gerald Anderson-Maja Salvador breakup

Kim Chiu tells Maja Salvador to "stay strong" now that she has broken up with Gerald Anderson.

 

Before Maja and Gerald became an item, Kim had a relationship with the actor.

 

What is Kim's reaction to the breakup of Maja and her ex-boyfriend Gerald?

 

"Wala na po ako diyan," Kim pointed out during the launch of her second album held earlier today, April 21, at Vanilla Cupcake, Mother Ignacia Street, Quezon City.

 

She added, "Siguro it's their decision.

 

"Nasa kanilang dalawa iyon, and they are asking for respect and privacy, so ibigay na lang po natin sa kanila iyon."

 

When PEP asked if she was surprised by the Gerald-Maja breakup, Kim answered, "Hayaan na lang natin, respeto na lang natin sa kanila.

 

"Kasi siyempre hindi madali 'yon at hindi simple yung bagay na 'yon."

 

Does this breakup have an effect on her friendship with Maja and/or Gerald?

 

"Sobrang okay naman na kami. Sa mga nakikita nila sa mga pictures, sobrang okay, lahat ayos na," Kim said.

 

Kim believes that Maja will be able to surpass this challenge in her life.

 

"Alam ko naman strong siya, kaya alam kong kaya niya 'yon. Kaya niya 'yan.

 

"Sobra siyang strong at madami siyang friends na happy na nakapalibot sa kanya."

 

Kim also revealed that she hasn't talked to Maja and Gerald since news of their breakup was confirmed last week. —PEP
