Coroner says Glee's Monteith cause of death was heroin and alcohol — TMZ report

Autopsy results and toxicology tests the British Columbia Coroners Service conducted on the late 'Glee' actor Cory Monteith show that the cause of his death was a mix of heroin and alcohol, the entertainment news site TMZ reported Wednesday.

 

Monteith died from a "mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol" TMZ quoted the BC Coroners Service.  — ELR, GMA News
