Zooey Deschanel pregnant with first child

American actress and singer-songwriter Zooey Deschanel is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jacob Pechenik, according to reports.

 

Jacob, 42, and Zooey, 34, have been dating since mid-2014. According to the New Girl star, they are "over the moon" and are both very excited to meet their firstborn.

 

There are no words yet regarding the baby's sex, but the couple is expecting their little one to be born this summer.
