Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and EXO's Baekhyun part ways – report
K-Pop stars Taeyeon of Girls' Generation and Baekhyun of EXO are reported to have broken up, according to US-based Korean pop blog Allkpop.com.
"Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and EXO's Baekhyun have recently ended their relationship. Taeyeon and Baekhyun both focused on their individual activities and naturally grew apart," Allkpop reported, quoting Korean news site SportsToday.
The breakup was reportedly revealed by an unidentified “music industry insider.”
Despite the break up, the two remained in good terms.
Meanwhile, Taeyeon's and Baekhyun's label, SM Entertainment, is still confirming the report.
The two K-Pop stars admitted they were in a relationship in June 2014, to the dismay of some fans.
Taeyeon is a member of the Korean girl group Girls' Generation that debuted in 2007. The group is currently promoting its fifth full-length Korean studio album "Lion Heart."
Her label confirmed that she is going to release a solo album this year.
Meanwhile, Baekhyun debuted with the Chinese-South Korean boy group EXO in 2011. The group released its second studio album "Exodus" last March.
