Jason Segel open to suiting up for ‘How I Met Your Mother’ reunion

A report from from The Hollywood Reporter stated that actor and writer Jason Segel a.k.a. Marshall Eriksen just gave a hint on a possible reunion of "How I Met Your Mother."

In an interview with the online publication at the Austin Film Festival over the weekend, Segel said that he is completely down with a possible reunion.

“I’d be around for whatever those guys wanted to do. It changed my life,” the actor revealed. 

As for where he would want the story to go, Segel said he “would leave that to the writers.”

“One of the great things about my relationship to that show is I never got involved in the writing, I just tried to execute what these brilliant writers did, so I would leave that to them, as usual,” he explained.

Segel added that a bit of comedy would be a welcome bright spot "amidst everything that’s going on in the world right now."
