Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Hudgens sing together after 11 years
“High School Musical” fans, rejoice!
After 11 years since they last sang together, the film's stars and real-life best friends Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens teamed up once again to give everyone their own rendition of Elle King's “Ex's and Oh's.”
The video was posted January 3 on Ashley's YouTube account.
“We are really excited to do this because this is actually our first duet together. We did not have a song in 'High School Musical' with just the two of us. We always wanted one," according to the American singer, actress, and producer in the video.
Hours after it was posted, the video has garnered almost 800,000 views from nostalgic fans—with some even requesting a collaboration with Monique Coleman, another one of the muses of the “High School Musical” franchise.
Ashley's YouTube account, which was relaunched two months ago, also features duets with her husband Christopher French, makeup tutorials, recipes, behind-the-scenes from her projects, and fun Q&As. —Bianca Rose Dabu/KBK, GMA News
