Kapuso star Paolo Ballesteros continues to reap praises and recognition for the seminal role in the independent film, Die Beautiful.

Ballesteros was again recognized for his take on the role of transgender woman Trisha Echevarria by the Gawad Urian Awards 2017 on Thursday evening.

In a post on his Instagram account @pocho_29 expressed his gratitude as he also recognized the other best actor nominees.

Ballesteros won the best actor award at the Tokyo International Festival in November 2016, 21st International Film Festival of Kerala in India, and at the Metro Manila Film Festival last year. — BAP, GMA News
