Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres wins US dance show 'Mira Quien Baila'
Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres is the champion for the Spanish language reality dance show in the US "Mira Quien Baila."
The Puerto Rican beauty queen is a fierce dance performer even at 43, winning 51 percent of the votes.
Her victory will send aid to the children of Puerto Rico, the $50,000 that she will receive for her win will be given to "San Jorge Children's Foundation."
Torres also received the "Premio a la Mas Vista" (Most Viewed Award), for having three of her dance videos as the "most-watched" during the fifth season of Mira Quien Baila.
Dayanara was crowned as Miss Universe in 1993 in the Philippines, she stayed in the country for a few years, she is celebrated as an actress, beauty queen and performer in the country. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
