Cameron Diaz announces birth of daughter

Actress Cameron Diaz and musician Benji Madden just welcomed into the world their first born child Raddix Madden.

The 47-year old actress shared Saturday the wonderful news on Instagram, saying, "We are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin this new decade by announcing the birth of our daughter, Raddix Madden."

She added, "She has instantly captured our hearts and completed our family."

Diaz didn't specify if she gave birth to her daughter, adopted her or used a surrogate. She did, however, made clear that they will not be posting photos or sharing any more details to protect the privacy of their daughter.

She said, "So we won't be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she isreally really cute!! Some would even say RAD :)"
