Although the cause of her death has not been disclosed, Stella's character remains to be one of the fans' favorites.
"Stella" was initially introduced back in the show's season two as Jay Pritchett (Ed O'Niell)'s pet who he will be frequently accused of loving more than his own wife, Gloria Diaz (Sofia Vergara).
She was first played by another dog named Brigitte but was later replaced by Beatrice in season 4.
"Modern Family" is set to air its season finale this coming April. --Kaela Malig/MGP, GMA News
