CLOY’s Tang Joon-sang to headline as a boy with Asperger’s syndrome in own K-drama

Netflix has announced an upcoming Korean drama titled “Move To Heaven,” which will be headlined by Lee Je-hoon (Sang-gu) and Tang Joon-sang (Gue-ru).

Joon-sang previously starred as Geum Eun-dong, the youngest among the North Koreans under Captain Ri’s unit on “Crash Landing On You” (CLOY).

The new K-drama follows the story of a young man with Asperger’s syndrome named Gue-ru, and Sang-gu who becomes his guardian.

The two work as “trauma cleaners” as they clear out possessions of the dead and uncover the stories they left behind.

In a statement, Netflix also confirmed the casting of Ji Jin-hee, Lee Jae-wook and Hong Seung-hee on “Move to Heaven.”

“Move to Heaven” is directed by Kim Sung-ho and written by one of the creatives behind “Boys Over Flowers” Yoon Ji-ryun.

It will be available exclusively on Netflix, with the launch date yet to be announced. – Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/RC, GMA News
