'Glee' actors ask for prayers as co-star Naya Rivera goes missing after swimming trip
Naya Rivera, who played high school cheerleader Santana in "Glee," is presumed dead after she went missing during a swimming trip at a lake near Los Angeles, California.
Some of the singer-actress' co-stars in the TV series took to social media to express their shock and ask for prayers.
Heather Morris, who played Santana's co-Cheerio and love interest Brittany Pierce, asked her followers to continue praying for Rivera in an Instagram story.

"We need all the prayers we can get to bring our Naya back home to us. We need your love and light," the actress wrote.
Dot-Marie Jones, who played Coach Bieste, posted a screen grab of the news on her IG account and shared her disbelief.
"This can't be!!! Please keep praying (Naya Rivera) I love you girl," Jones wrote.
Meanwhile, Chord Overstreet, who joined the show as Sam Evans in Season 2, and Harry Shum Jr., who starred as Mike Chang, asked for prayers for Naya on Twitter.

Even Demi Lovato, who had a brief appearance on the show, posted a candle for Rivera in her IG story.
"Please pray for @nayarivera to be found safe and sound," the singer wrote.

According to the latest reports, Rivera is presumed to have drowned while boating on Lake Piru with her four-year-old son Josey.
Authorities say her child was found alone and sleeping in a drifting boat, but the body of the 33-year-old actress had been found almost 24 hours after she was last seen.
