The singer-actress has confirmed her relationship with the baseball player on Valentine's Day.

On Instagram, Monday, the "High School Musical" star shared a photo of them kissing.

"It's you, it's me, it's us. @cotuck," she wrote in the caption with heart and kiss mark emojis.
