Taylor Swift just released a 'sadder' version of 'All Too Well'

If Taylor Swift says we're not done bawling our eyes out to her newly released "Red (Taylor's Version)" album, then we are not done.

As if "All Too Well" couldn't get any sadder, the Grammy award-winning artist released a new version of her critically acclaimed and well-loved single on Thursday.

In the new version, called "All Too Well (Sad Autumn Version)," Taylor can be heard singing the lyrics of her new "All Too Well (10 min version)" but this time in a slower rhythm with a more melancholic tune.

Announcing the news on Facebook, Taylor wrote, "One of the saddest songs I’ve ever written just got sadder."

"Drove up to Long Pond Studios to record All Too Well (Sad Girl Autumn Version) with the besties Aaron Dessner & Jonathan Low," she added.

"All Too Well (10 min version)" is part of the "Red (Taylor's Version)" album that dropped last week. The new album is a re-recording of her 2012 album "Red."

Last week, Taylor also premiered her directorial debut short film for "All Too Well" starring "Stranger Things" actress Sadie Sink and "Maze Runner" actor Dylan O'Brien.

The singer has been re-recording her old albums amid her ongoing legal battle to gain ownership of her old songs. Back in April, she released the re-recording of her 2008 album "Fearless." — Kaela Malig/LA, GMA News
