TWICE’s Jeongyeon to skip Seoul concerts due to health issues

TWICE member Jeongyeon will not be participating in the group’s concerts in Seoul due to health issues.

JYP Entertainment made the announcement in line with the K-Pop group’s upcoming world tour “III,” which will kick off in Seoul on Dec. 25-26.

“We apologize for delivering such unfortunate news to fans who have been waiting for these concerts. As an agency, we will do our best to make sure that our artists can promote in good health,” it said, as reported by Soompi.

“We are grateful for the anticipation and support for TWICE 4th World Tour ‘III’ and apologize again for this news.”

In October, it was announced that Jeongyeon would be taking a break due to psychological anxiety.

Composed of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, TWICE debuted in October 2015.
