JoJo announces that she is engaged to Dexter Darden on Christmas!

American singer-songwriter JoJo announced that she got engaged to actor Dexter Darden on Christmas!

On Instagram, JoJo posted photos of the two of them celebrating the holiday together and shared a short video of her hand with a diamond ring on her finger confirming that Dexter asked her hand in marriage.

"Forever with YOU? Sign me UP. celebrating Christmas a whole fiancé!!!" she wrote.

"The most thoughtful, creative, positive, handsome, strong, loving, uplifting human being asked me to marry him. so obviously I said YESSS!!!" she added.

According to JoJo, it was Dexter's birthday surprise for her. JoJo turned 31 on December 20.

"Thank you for the most epic birthday surprise ever and for flying out my mom, your mom, and both of our best friends to share in that incredible moment with us. you are one of one," she wrote.
