Kanye West asks Billie Eilish to apologize to Travis Scott ahead of Coachella concert
Kanye West has asked Billie Eilish to apologize to Travis Scott, who is facing lawsuits over his recent concert tragedy.
On Friday, the rapper also known as Ye shared a screen grab of a social media poster showing a photo of Billie and Travis.
The poster said: “Billie Eilish dissed Travis Scott at her concert after she stopped the show to give her fan an inhaler! ‘I wait for the people to be okay before I keep going.’”
In all caps, Kanye added as his caption: “Come on Billie we love you please apologize to Trav and to the families of the people who lost their lives no one intended this to happen Trav didn’t have any idea of what was happening when he was on stage and was very hurt by what happened and yes Trav will be with me at Coachella but now I need Billie to apologize before I perform.”
Billie immediately replied to his post. “Literally never said a thing about Travis. Was just helping a fan,” said the singer.
According to a Rolling Stone report, Billie temporarily stopped her Feb. 5 concert in Atlanta to request an inhaler for a distressed fan.
Meanwhile, lawsuits had been filed against Travis after 10 people were killed and 300 were injured during his Astroworld Festival concert in Houston last November.
